Step 1- Go to "Academic"  click on "Online Exam" module 

Step 2- Click on "Assets" Select "Add an Assets" 

Step 3-    Fill the Details  and Click on "Save" button

Step 4- Click on "Question" Select "New Question"

Step 5-  Fill the Details  and Click on "Save" button
