Send Fee due reminder to selected students
1. Login as an ADMIN
2. Go to FEE module
3. Select FEE REPORTS
4. Click on "Outstanding due summary"
5. Enter desired details and class
6. Click on desired class name
7. Select desired student name
8. Click on "Send Notification to selected student" Option
9. Fee due reminder will be send as a notification
Make Student Follow up in Parent helpdesk
1. Login as an ADMIN
2. Go to ADMINISTRATION
3. Select HELPDESK
4. Select PARENT REQUEST
5. Find all request by giving date range
6. Select desired request
7. Click on EDIT option
8. Make Follow up date/solution notes/solution history here
9. User screen according to your desire
