Step 1-Go to your Browser and Type Download Anydesk

Step 2-Click on 1st link   https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows

Step 3- Click on Download Now button

Step 5- Under the "This Desk"  there is your Anydesk ID/Address

Step 6- Ask anydesk ID to your support person

Step 7- Enter it on your system and click on Connect button (that person will accept your request and you will be able to see his screen)

                                                   OR

Step 8- Give him your Anydesk ID, he will accept your request and He can Remote your system
